1. Before Joining Black Ice you must be atleast 12 years of age.
2. If you do not meet requirement #1, do not contact the recruiter, rather directly contact the team leader. If you are proven
to be mature enough, you will be allowed to participate in team activities.
3. No one under the age of 12 will be officially part of the team, but if younger, you may come to events (as long as previous
rule has been followed).
4. You MUST have a parent/guardian approve of you joining Black Ice before you do so.
5. You must make sure you have a gun to bring, or have someone bringing a gun for you before coming to an event. You must
bring your own ammo unless your gun lender says otherwise.
5. NO GUNS EXCEEDING 420FPS will be permitted*.
6. No knifes, lighters, or other unneeded objects are allowed on the field unless given permission due to good reason.
7. All Event Participants MUST HAVE GOGGLES OR MASK - NO SHOOTING GLASSES, or have prearranged someone to provide them**.
8. If you plan on constructing something on the field, please contact the team leader or event coordinator so that a time
will be provided, and that materials will not be a hazard.
9. If you are afraid of being hit by 6mm bbs, please do not attend events in an attempt to participate. This hinders the game
and results in remaking teams.
10. If you are planning to be a photographer of an event, notify the event coordinator, or whomever is coordinating the event
in question. Photographers must have protective eyewear, and bright colors to identify themselves.
11. It is recommended that weather appropriate clothing is worn to prevent heat exaustion or other climate related injuries.
Events will proceed rain or shine***.
12. Most importantly - YOU MUST BE HONEST - since bbs do not leave a mark (unless they hit you close range bare skin) it is
based on the honor system. You must call your own outs. If you cannot abide by this you will be asked to not come to any more
events. (Remember, it is in your best interest to call yourself out when hit, otherwise you are just asking to be shot again.)
*Guns that have a full auto setting may not exceed 420fps. Snipers may have fps up to 490 but will be required to follow
a strict 100ft minimum engagement distance. - fps limits may be changed when playing another team
**Goggles MUST completely conseal your eyes - therefore shooting glasses are not acceptable. It is also recommended that some
type of full facemask is used (balclava or other)
***We play rain or shine, if there is a lightning storm, severe winds or flooding, the event coordinator and the team leader
will decide whether to have a game - everyone that planned on coming will be contacted either way
